Sporadic? You bet!
Well, I've spent the last couple of months dealing with job change. My contract at Advanced Telcom finished at the end of May, and I was floundering for a few weeks in that time frame, searching for work. Through an unlikely source (my wife's hair stylist), I was put in contact with the owner of a small company called Remote Satellite Systems. I am now working for that company, helping automate their billing system, and learning how to sell and troubleshoot all manner of satellite phone systems. For those who want to stay in touch from regions that have no cell coverage, check out the website. Our clientele range from mountain climbers on Everest to military and Homeland Security forces (a lot of sat-phones are being used in Iraq right now).
